My son is 9 months old, he has a tiny pimples on face neck and some parts of body. Is it a serious issue? Do I need to consult pead?

maintain hygiene
some rashes pimples appears and disappear on its own without any attention...
use Babyhug baby skin care products fr baby

Without having a proper checkup or a picture for reference is difficult to say but it would be good if you want to get a check with your doctor at least she’ll be sure about if there’s an issue and that needs to be treated treated with proper medicine
