Q.

my son is 9 months 29 days old. i see some temperature on forehead and stomach also warm but hands are very cool. is that the fever? do i need to give aby medicine? he is having mild cold symptoms

A. These kind of fever are usually Viral in nature . You must give paracetamol containing medicine to baby at 6 hourly for 1 day, if fever does come down to base line you must add meftal p syrup for that spike.you can do tepid sponging with Luke warm water. do temperature charting
