A. hi yes it can be given but as oats are bulky in nature, they can cause low apetite in young babies,so better to avoid instead of it,you can prepare different food options like Ragi porridge, makhana porridge, suji kheer, dal rice, curd rice upma, different vegetables and fruits as finger food etc
