My son is 8.3 years...In last 4 months he had put on weight and occasionally will have a complain of cold and cough. I ll be giving him vapour and some home remedies...pls suggest.

A. it is advisable to meet your doctor regarding this and that the child examined and then give medicines and you can give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey combination to the child and also go for hot saline gargles and turmeric with milk
