My son is 7years old and his tooth fall out and its bewn 5months but still there is no new teeth coming.

A. Hi usually within a gap of 3-6 months after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination. maintain a habit of brushing teeth twice daily
