Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Increase the fibre and protein intake. Less calories might be the cause. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Check if it just a behaviour of binge eating. Give only homemade healthy foods. Good luck and take care.
