my son is 7 yrs old caught by fever,headache on every seasonal change or weather change.got fits due to high fever.not eat fruits,milk products,dryfruits but love to eat bottleguard,daliya,khichri and dal chawal.Is he suffering from low immunity power.pls suggest.blood group is b+ve

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello now seasonal flu and virus is all around and try to give your child home made healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products which would be helpful
