my son is 7 yrs 6 mnths old his weight is 41 kgs he eat very fast and eats so much quantity at one bt he is active alhamdulillah how can I cut out his habit of eating more and slowly eating

A. 41 KG is an extremely higher variant for the child so first you get your child tested for thyroid because the way or child is eating and gaining weight it is not a very good sign and come sometimes could be due to worms also so first you should have an assessment with your paediatrician
