Q.

my son is 7 years old, last year in the month of February his upper primary central incisor fell and the permanent tooth had not yet erupted. the 2nd upper primary central incisor also fell but till now no sign eruption of both the tooth. his lower permanent incisor comes within 1 month. please suggest

A. Hi usually within a gap of 3-6 months after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts. you can consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of the unerupted permanent teeth
