my baby is 9 months and 24 days old but he has one lower lateral incisor along with two lower central incisors and upper central incisors. is the tooth eruption healthy

Yeah of course what is the problem that you are facing with the eruption of the teeth that I’m not understanding because if the child is having different teeth at the same time there is no problem and the alignment whether the upper is coming lower is coming First also doesn’t make a difference
