My son is 7 years old and 21 kg. He is having cold and dry cough. Is clamp kit and Histafree are ok for this, Or prescribe and kind of medicine.

Well I would just say that don’t be very medicine to the child without consulting the doctor so you can ask your doctor if you can go ahead with this medicine that you are talking about otherwise better medicines or different medicines can we suggested by you Dr for this
