Q.

my son is 6month 13days old, how much additional water should I give him on daily basis.His diet includes cerelacs, carrot puree and breast milk along with formula milk. Also, do I need to feed my child additional as mentioned above.

A. hello. dear, you can give few sips of water with the help of spoon, couple of times a day (no more than 1 ounces per day.) Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
