Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. this is a type of multivitamin and it will only help if the child is having deficiency of vitamins otherwise it will not help so better to meet your doctor will tell you whether it is needed by the child or not for boosting immunity
