my son is 6 years old he has developed rash on face and his ears are appearing to be red and has fever and cold and cough please suggest me what is the issue

A. helo. red eats are due to fever. give him syp paracetomol in right dose to reduce fever. .increasebreast feeding. better to consult urcdoc in personfor further evaluation.
