My son is 6 months old should I start solids or should I wait till breastfeeding is not sufficient and he is not getting full

A. dear mum introduce top food after your baby has completed 6 months or 180 days because that is the time when breast milk alone is not sufficient to fulfill the nutritional needs of baby. also the swallowing reflex and digestive system is ready to accept top food

A. After your child completes the age of six months it’s important and the right time for you to start giving semisolid food to the child as the age is going to progress the feeding is not going to be enough for feeding is one side of course 3 to 4 times in the day but you should start giving food also to your child
