Q.

My son is 6 months and 7 days old What can be fed to him now .. I get less in her mother's breast milk.

A. Whenever introducing semi solid foods in baby's diet, always start slow with 4-6 spoons per feed and twice a day. You can feed lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc. If mother's milk is not enough, you can feed any good brand formula milk like Lactogen, Nan Pro and Enfamil Stage 2 till 12 months.
