Q.

My son is 6 months 10 days old. He is crying more even after feed and proper sleep. We are trying changing different places and taking in lap but still he is crying. Please suggest some tips to handle baby in this age and what might be reason for crying.

A. hi mostly the reason is colic. please offer small and frequent feeds. keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. make sure your child latches properly. burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes. as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food. give Massage to your child daily give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands move your child legs in cycling motions if child is crying inconsolably then apply paste of hing with warm water around navel of your child or give colicaid drops
