My son is 6 month when I want to start iron drops for my child

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. yes to start it is very important to give iron supplements to the child because the diet before 1 year of age is having very less amount of iron and it is very common that if the child is not given iron supplements the child will suffer from iron deficiency anaemia so better to continue iron supplements given by your doctor
