Q.
my son is 6 and a half months old,he is having cold since couple of days,now he is sneezing, very mild cough, should I use any medication or home remedy please help

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 6 months old now to relieve cold give steam inhalation warm massage to chest and apply vicks baby vaporub on chest and give maxtra drops 0.5 ml twice a day for 5 days

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, If baby is cranky then you should go for medication. If baby is feeding well then you can try home remedies like applying VCS baby rub on chest and feet of the baby. Also give indirect steam by adding little VCS baby rub in it. Also Put saline solution like nasoclear in both the nostrils if they are blocked due to cold.
