My son is 6.5 years old, no milk teeth has yet fallen out.. is it normal or shall we see a doc?

A child can start having its teeth fall from the age of 4 1/2 to 5 years any time the prosecutor can obtain the age of 13 years so it is not necessary that it will start any time after that you can take it’s good time till that new teeth are not coming and behind the older one it’s not a problem yet if you want you can consult a dentist one
