#AskTheExpert hello ma'am.My daughter is 6 years old till now her teeth has not fallen.

A. Hi kids usually start to shed their milk teeth by the age of 5.5-6.5 years.. if milk teeth don't fall and permanent teeth starts to erupt behind milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist

A. Every child is different and so as their development milestones. Falling of few teeth for new ones to emerge can happen between the age of 5-8 years in them. There is no need to be concerned about it as it is a natural process which happens as per child's body type and overall growth.
