ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi kids usually start to shed their milk teeth by the age of 5.5-6.5 years.. if milk teeth don't fall and permanent teeth starts to erupt behind milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Every child is different and so as their development milestones. Falling of few teeth for new ones to emerge can happen between the age of 5-8 years in them. There is no need to be concerned about it as it is a natural process which happens as per child's body type and overall growth.
