why the milk teeth have not fallen till he is 6yr old ?? we need to see the dentist.

A. The process can start any time after completing the time of 4 1/2 years it can take some time for some kids which is normal if the teeth are fine there is no cavity or disturbance to the child then don’t worry about it still if you required you can consult a or a dentist there is no problem in that
