ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi milk teeth start to fall by the age of 5.5-6.5 years.. if milk teeth do not fall at proper age and permanent teeth starts to erupt behind the milk teeth then contact your nearest Pediatric dentist
