ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi.. some kids show delayed in getting their permanent teeth.. if milk teeth do not fall and permanent teeth start to erupt behind the milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric Dentist for removal of the milk teeth.
