my son is 6.5 months he s exclusively breastfed from two days he s having small heat dots( like prickly heat)on his face only is it bcoz of solids wheat , aavin ghee no other changes in foods soap or lotion any remedy

A. for prickly heat.. you can use Himalaya baby prickly heat powder or nycil powder or candid dusting powder.. you can bath neem water or use suthol liquid after bath.. you can use cucumber juice.. to treat heat rashes..
