my son is 5yrs old there are radhes on his back, buttocks and hand. what should i apply?

These are heat rashes.
Apply himalya prickly heat powder or calamine lotion on the rashes. This will be fine.
Keep the skin clean and dry and make your baby wear comfortable clothes in summers to avoid sweating.
