ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom yes he is on the very higher side so hence he would be required some guidance such as firstly diet wherein you have to avoid any kind of processed, ready to eat mixes and refined , packaged , sugary and bakery foods .
Also it’s important yo involve him some form of physical activity as well some outdoor games , dance workouts , walking etc
