my son is 54 days now he did not pass stool since 2 days what to do as my baby is crying too much

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is less than 2 months of age not passing stool for 2 days There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age
