my son is 5 yrs old from few days he had this type of redness nd rashes un his skin cn u olz suggest something fr this?

I don’t think so it’s a rash I think it’s hand foot or mouth disease or chickenpox or something like that but this is not a regular rash so it would be good for you to get an assessment done by your doctor as your doctor will be able to confirm the situation and suggest to write treatment that you should follow
