My son is 5 yr old and his weight is 16.9 kg He doesn't eat his food himself and always refuses to eat . Pls guide.

Hello mom You have to create an environment where in start with small things such as have meals together whenever possible , so that they learn through observing, also at times give him some finger foods or cut fruits eg with a fork or spoon so that he takes himself . You may also present the usual foods in different ways and forms
