Q.

My son is 5 years old. Since last 1 year he has been getting frequent cold/coughs/fever and sometimes motions (Not all of this happens together everytime). Either in changing seasons or peak winters. what could be possible reasons for this? what can I do differently to avoid this?

A. Hello my dear parent! Allergic response to certain foods and weather conditions, poor immunity are few of the reasons. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables,green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits, and dairy in your child’s daily diet. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
