Make your timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits of that baby get all the nutrients. Include banana in every day morning snack and include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite. Before putting baby to sleep in the night give a glass of lukewarm milk with a pinch of turmeric added to it. Take your baby out for cycling or walking, allow baby to play for one hour to 2 hours outside which is very important for physical growth. Give home-made food which is best for good immunity and growth.
