my son is 5 years old. he is fequently affected by cold and cough, he is thin too, how to boost his immunity

A. ok dyes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
