Q.
My son is 5 years old going to 1st standard. His weight is 19.5 kg. let me know whether his weight is appropriate for this age. And he often affected by viral fever, cold and sneezes. please advice hiw to improve his immunity and weight. Shall we start giving chyawanprash for immunity. if yes please recommend good brand.

This may require proper evaluation, so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if so required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That will be a better approach to get a provdsper treatment regarding this.
