my son is 5 years old but he won't eat rice and not gaining weight now idea weight is 16 he is not increasing weight which food we have to prefer that we are getting rice he won't prefer and eat and frequently he will get cold cough and fever

A. hi, try giving rice in moderation, like make it's idky, chilla, khichdi, pulao. give different kind of recipe as their taste changes during this age group. keep trying.. tc
