is he feeling any discomfort like pain in hands or fingers ?
if yes then you need to consult your pediatrician.
try to encourage your child by giving stationary like pencil or book as per your child choice.
give crayons to Scribble.
please don't force your child.
and don't expect perfection from a child at a time.
