my son is 5 months old he has motions nd it's comes bad smell

If motion is one or two with bad smell then there is no problem but if ut 3 to 5or morr than that then there os chance for infection please consult your pediatrician he or she will advise you for the same. if your breastfeeding then check your diet also and drink ajwain water daily.
