my son is 5 month old and we got him a bouncer he's conformable in that chair one friend said that this is not safe for baby as it my cause problems like brain bleeding due to non-uniform motion of the bouncer. please tell if it is true or not what should I do? (picture of bouncer attached)

he dosent have fever is it normal
