Q.

my son is 5.5 months old and he hasn't rolled over yet. I'm getting very anxious as most of the websites say they should be rolling by 6months. Also he demands to be carried all the time. if we put him down he gets fussy and cries. we are really wondering what is wrong with him?

A. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. After 12 to 15 mfonths baby will start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be davoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.
