Q.
My son is 4yr old. He appears to be very lean and weak. I have breastfeed him for only 6 months . He is nearly 15kg weight now.Could you please suggest some protein powder for him to have a strong immune system?

PriyaMom of 6 children4 years agoA. My kid also 4 yrs old and vey lean, weighs about 15-16 kgs. Being a mother I also used to get worried and got all his tests done after every six months.. I have seen many doctors for him not being ghaplu, but every single doctor said that wether the baby is lean but till the time the baby is super active and eats good food, he is in good health and parents doesn't have to worry about anything.. I still give him fresh fruits everyday and Only Boost as Supplement, you know moms are always like that 🤗

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom For strong immunity give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Add garlic and ginger in ur meal to boost immunity. Give turmeric milk to increase immunity. Give fruits rich in vitamin C to boost immunity like lemon ornage mausambi pineapple lemon kiwi strawberry guava etc
