my son is 4years + 10 months old but he says more words rather than sentences..do I need to worry?

A. Hello dear parent, no there is no need to be worried. Ypu just need to interact with your child a lot and in a very clear tone so that he understands what you are saying and would imitate as he would grow. Interacting with child is the only key. Good luck and take care
