my son is 4months and 25days old his birth weight is 2.600kg still his head is shaking not stable why

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! It takes 4-5 months to hold baby neck. While lifting hold gently keep hand under neck backside for support . Do massage regularly , give tummy time every day which helps in holding head, Crawling.
