Q.
my son is 4months and 19 days old. from last Saturday he is suffering from coughing and sneezing. after homeopathy treatment his coughing is reduced. but last day he has fever 99.5 now after giving paracetamol his fever is reduced. but still he is not totally recover. he is slightly coughing.his weight is only 6.5kg.is there any problem. what are causes of this decease. plz tell suggestions

follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there will be cdhanged in the medicines
