my son is 4and half years old...he does not eat chocolates much but still is teeth are bit pale yellow

Ya It is not necessary always because of chocolates only it could be that your child is not maintaining proper oral hygiene you are not taking care properly because you to brush twice a day and that properly to maintain oral hygiene so you focus on that
