My son is 4 yrs old and is very weak. he sleeps very less ,i tried many things but didn't worked.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom have you checked his Hb levels ? Kindly Check with the doctor and do it .. other is make sure he is given fresh seasonal fruits vegetables, dry fruits and various other foods. Made at home for family no much restrictions as such for him
