my son is 4 yr and 8th month old he has like boils in hand bt he has no any issue with this means no itching and redness or not look like fills with water, i don't no what should we do

A. Hai good evening !! Heat boils look like pus formation mostly occurs due to body heat - applying chandan powder /coconut oil or using medicine will cure. As you observe water blisters like rashes then those are not heat boils need to check with Doctor
