Q.
my son is 4 years old. yesterday he had fever around 102 f. and since than he has fever around 102/103 . still having lunch n dinner properly. no extreme weakness or any other symptoms. but still worried. please give some suggestions. as our pediatrician is out of town so

The favour is quite high but if your child is active then that is very good continue with paracetamol every six hours along with that you should also do cold sponge that is going to help in reducing the temperature and if the fever is completely down by the time of 72 hours then please consult your doctor even if your paediatrician is not available look for another doctor please
