my son is 4 years old now..he has been getting cough and cold frequently from last 2 months ....and first has started with dry coughing. and it lasted for several days..we are worried about his health

A. hi you need to maintain good Hydration throughout the day. give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. avoid giving oily spicy, cold and sugary food items. give sunlight exposure atleast 20 minutes a day
