my son is 4 years old and suddenly he has stopped eating home food he only wants chocolate sugar like this , i really don't know what to do please help , he is super active though .

Sweets are not very healthy so you need to restrict the amount of sweet that your child is having fixed an amount like one or two pieces of chocolate or whatever your child likes to have rest of the times you should not offer it to the child even if the child is cranky or irritated you should not do it that’s how you can break this habit
