my son is 4 year 5 months old.he vomiting 3 times.when he eating then vomiting.plese suggest me

A. hello mom this could be food intolernace or indigestion issues , you may prefer to avoid force feeding if the child does not wish to eat , give him fluids - ORS , coconut water , etc so that he is well hydrated , give in small amounts at regular intervals if he isnt able to digest that as well then you may consult the doctor
